To provide all plant, labor, tools, equipment, supplies, materials, parts and transportation necessary to maintain uninterrupted service on the base's land mobile radio (LMR) central base trunking system (CBTS), tactical aircrew alerting network (TAAN), central base paging system (CBPS), and conventional LMR networks. The contractor will be responsible for all equipment maintenance, equipment installation and removal, system configuration (including periodic upgrades), and software (including upgrades) needed to keep the above systems functioning in accordance with OEM specifications. Contractor will also be responsible for maintaining, installing, removing and programming fixed base stations with and without remote control units, mobile and portable two-way radios; voice, digital, and alpha pagers; mobile cellular telephone instruments and vehicle adapters. This solicitation is under SIC 7622, Small Business size standard is $5.0M. This solicitation will be a commercial competitive RFP using Performance Price Trade-Off evaluation procedures.
