The estimated issuance of the RFP and the date of the pre-proposal conference are each delayed by roughly one month; the estimated RFP issue date is mid-August. No further modifications to the original pre-solicitation notice are expected before the RFP is issued. The RFP itself will include final pre-proposal conference information.
