USARSPACE CMD is seeking sources who can provide Labor, Materials and Transportation Services necessary to transport military equipment. The USARSPACE CMD have numerous reoccurring requirements to transport the following tactical military vehicles and military harden shelters, which include the High Mobility Multi Wheel Vehicles (HMMWV), 5 (five) Ton Utility Trucks, Palletized Equipment for Air Shipments and various Military Harden Mobile Shelters. These loads would require at a minimum the following transport equipment, a 48' Removeable Goose Neck (RGN) Trailer, a 48' Step Deck Trailer and a 48' Flatbed all with prime movers. USARSPACE will execute 10-12 shipments per year to and from Colorado Springs, CO. The most frequent destinations are Fort Bliss, Texas, Fort Bragg, North Carolina, Washington DC, Dover AFB, New Jersey and Travis AFB and Vandenburg AFB, California. Additional locations maybe required. Most requirements will be identified with a 2 (two) week notification but 24/48 hours notifications are possible. ALL INTERESTED CARRIERS MUST BE AN APPROVED MILITARY TRANSPORTATION MANAGEMENT COMMAND (MTMC) CONTRACTOR 2. There is no commitment on the part of the government to award a contract as a result of this request for information nor to pay for the information received, nor demonstration provided.
