The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, facilities, supervision, and management necessary to provide the delivery, set-up in place, and leasing (to include the general maintenance of the structure) of three new relocatable buildings; and the removal of the facilities upon completion of the contract term. These relocatables are designated by the following numbers: LR-63, LR 64, and LR 65. Their dimensions are: LR-63, 2,166 sq. ft.; LR -- 64, 11,520 sq. ft.; and LR -- 65, 13,780 sq. ft. These relocatables shall be located on the Naval Air Station, Patuxent River, Maryland, exact locations will be identified in solicitation. The buildings shall be complete with lighting, HVAC, utilities (sewer, water, electrical), electric power distribution panels, telephone hookups, fire alarms, emergency lighting. The buildings shall be in place and ready for occupancy no more than 180 days after contract award. The contract term will be base year and two (2) option years. The Standard Industrial Classification Code (SIC) is 6515. THIS IS AN UNRESTRICTED SOLICITATION. Site visit is scheduled for 18 August 1999 at 10:00 a.m. at the ROICC Office, Building 504, Naval Air Station, Patuxent River, Maryland. All potential bidders are reminded, in accordance with DFARS 252.204-7004, REQUIRED CENTRAL CONTRACTOR REGISTRATION (MAR 1998), lack of registration in the CCR database will make a bidder ineligible for award. In accordance with FAR 5.102 (a)(7) availability of the solicitation will be limited to the electronic medium; solicitation will be avaiable for download free of charge via the Internet World Wide Web at http://www.efaches.navfac.navy.mil/ebs/index.html. Hard copies (paper sets) or CD-ROM of solicitation will not be provided by the Government. The official plan holders list will be maintained on and can be printed from the website.
