The work includes a pump shelter, control room, cathodically protected, UG stainless steel distribution loop, and connections to three existing bulk fuel storage tanks to use then as operating tanks. The Pump Shelter w/UG control room will be within the "Fuel Farm" adjacent to two existing pump shelters. Also, included is a new fill stand and HHT Checkout Station to be provided across from the new pump shelter. Work includes reconfiguration of existing underground utilities and infrastructure. Site development work includes reconfiguration of roads, security fencing, sidewalks and drainage. The potential for encountering fuel-contaminated soil exists. The work required will involve the disposal only of the excavated, contaminated soil, following applicable federal/state/local safety procedures. Temporary construction fencing is required. Estimated cost range of this project is $1,000,000.00 to $5,000,000.00. Network Analysis System will be required.
