Business. SIC code is 1541. Facility Upgrade for Tactical Missiles,
Tobyhanna Army Depot, Tobyhanna, PA will be advertised as a Request for
Proposal (RFP). The total estimated cost of construction is between
$250,000.00 and $500,000.00. Work consists of renovation of
approximately 80,000 SF of warehouse into an electrical maintenance
facility; offices, lighting, power, HVAC, ductwork, EPDM roof
replacement, sprinklers, toilet room upgrades, small building addition,
concrete pads, bituminous paving, relocation of existing equipment from
Letterkenny Army Depot. This advertisement is a request for proposal
that requires separate technical and cost proposals to be evaluated
Best Value for award of the project. The technical evaluation criteria,
in descending order are: Project Management Plan, Key Personnel,
Schedule, Major Subcontractor Qualifications and Past Performance. All
responsible sources may submit a proposal, which will be considered.
In order to comply with the Debt Collection Improvement Act of 1996,
all contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor
Registration (CCR) to be considered for award of a Federal contract.
