The total estimated cost of construction is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00. Work consists of renovation of approximately 80,000 SF of warehouse into an electrical maintenance facility; offices, lighting, power, HVAC, ductwork, EPDM roof replacement, sprinklers, toilet room upgrades, small building addition, concrete pads, bituminous paving, relocation of existing equipment from Letterkenny Army Depot.
