SIC code is 1541. Facility Upgrade for Tactical Missiles, Tobyhanna Army Depot, Tobyhanna, PA will be advertised as a Request for Proposal (RFP). The total estimated cost of construction is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00. Work consists of renovation of approximately 80,000 SF of warehouse into an electrical maintenance facility; offices, lighting, power, HVAC, ductwork, EPDM roof replacement, sprinklers, toilet room upgrades, small building addition, concrete pads, bituminous paving, relocation of existing equipment from Letterkenny Army Depot. This advertisement is a request for proposal that requires separate technical and cost proposals to be evaluated Best Value for award of the project. The technical evaluation criteria, in descending order are: Project Management Plan, Key Personnel, Schedule, Major Subcontractor Qualifications and Past Performance.
