Z -- REPLACEMENT OF BLOODY POINT RANGE, SAVANNAH RIVER, GEORGIA SOL DTCG82-00-B-3WCA01 POC Judy Stamper, 305-278-6724 PRESOLICITATION NOTICE: The work includes furnishing all labor, equipment and materials to fabricate and install two (2) multiple pile steel marine foundations near the mouth of the Savannah River, Georgia. The marine foundations will support platform decks, also to be fabricated and installed by the contractor. One of the structures will also include a forty-foot tall freestanding tower supported by the deck and foundation. The tower will be government furnished material. The new structures must be precisely located to properly mark the centerline extension of Bloody Point Range; accurate surveying will be required. The work will also include the demolition and removal of one existing multiple pile steel light structure located near the proposed position of one of the new structures. The estimated price range is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00. Bid quarantee, payment and performance bonds are required. The estimated opening date is October 1999.
