This procurement is to provide all material, labor, and equipment to repair the exteriors of 12 Military Family Housing units at Arnold Air Force Base, Tennessee. These units consist of three duplexes and six single units. The units will be occupied during the time of construction, and all buildings may be worked at the same time. Work includes asbestos and lead abatement by removal of all windows and exterior doors and frames; providing all new windows and frames, all new entrance doors and frames, and all new atrium doors; covering all exposed exterior wood and trim with vinyl siding and vinyl clad aluminum; and repairing inside walls around doors and windows and paint.
