A Firm-fixed price contract with a performance period of 300 days after Notice to Proceed is contemplated. The proposed procurement listed herein is unrestricted. The award of a contract inresponse to the solicitation will be based on the Best Value to the Government using price and past/present performance. Acceptable performance will be repair/renovation projects to include all elements of this solicitation performed within the last three years. The magnitude of construction is between $250,000 and $500,000. Standard Industrial Code is 1541. Any concern responding to this solicitation is considered a small business if the average annual receipts of the concern and its affiliates for the preceding three fiscal years do not exceed $17.0 million.
