Project consists of removal of existing roof materials; installation of new columns; construction of new roof structure and new stair tower; enclose and waterproof new level; installation of new roof drain and roofing materials; removal of existing mechanical unit; installation of new mechanical system; installation/modification, enclosure, and finish of existing stair and elevator components and operations; and finish out of new level.
