This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number for this RFQ is DE-RQ65-99WN51820. Quotes will be accepted by fax (916-985-1933) or by mail (Western Area Power Administration, Sierra Nevada Region, 114 Parkshore Drive, Folsom, CA 95630). Quotes are due by close of business August 5,1999. The RFQ number must be cited on your quote. The Sierra Nevada Region, Western Area Power Administration require the following: CLIN 001 Three (3) Pulsar Module Upgrades and CLIN 002 Six (6) Copies of AVTS Pulsar Software Upgrade. Delivery shall be FOB Destination to Western Area Power Administration, Elverta Maintenance Facility, 7940 Sorento Road, Elverta, CA 95626 two weeks after receipt of order. The Government intends to awarda firm-fixed price contract in accordance with Part 12 of FAR (Acquisition of Commercial Items).
