The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Newport has a requirement
for four (4) TMS320C40 Motherboards Model No. CV4, sixteen (16) Dual
TMS 320C40 TIM Modules, Part No. 600-02144 and 1 lot consisting of
Development Software and Emulation Support. Each VME motherboard shall
be implemented on a single slot, 60 VME card. Each VME motherboard
shall be configured with eight (8) Texas Instruments TMS320C40 60 MHz
digital signal processors (DSP) configured on 4 Texas Instruments
modules (TIMs). The VME board shall provide interrupt synchronization
between processors routed to the front panel and shall be equipped with
32K X 8 bit EEPROMs to provide program and boot capability and
Module-Id. The motherboard will allow exteranl synchronization with a
pulse TTL waveform with a minimum pulse width of 1usec. Each processor
shall be equipped with a minimum of 64K x 32 bit 0 wait-state Static
Random Access Memory. The motherboard must provide a JTAG scan path to
the front panel. The motherboard must be capable of being reset from
the front panel without resetting the VME bus backplane. The vendor
must provide the following development software and emulation support:
Driver software compatible with Themis SPARC 8/64 (Solaris 2.5 or
higher), C callable library which includes standard control software
allowing interruption and resetting of each C40, downloading of
executable code and data, and uploading of data. Full TI DB40 debugging
capabilities via the SUN SPARC controller with no external emulation
hardware required.Delivery will be F.O.B. Destination, Newport,. RI on
or about 30 Sep 99. The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price
Single Contract per FAR Parts 12 and 13. All responsible sources may
submit a quotation which shall be considered by the Government.
