70 -- GENERAL PURPOSE INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY EQUIPMENT SOL USCA-99-R-005 POC Penny Starliper, Contracting Officer, (202) 502-2334 The Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts requires the services of a Contractor to provide complete, state-of-the-art, integrated systems and operating system software required to process the full range of judiciary automated application systems and provide full integration and maintenance services required to build, deliver, install, and support these systems. The Contractor will be required to deliver the hardware/software and provide support, maintenance, and warranty services. A benchmark will also be required as part of the evaluation. The Contractor shall be required to deliver equipment directly to a court location and provide all integration support. The primary geographic regions that must be supported are all fifty of the United States, the District of Columbia, Northern Mariana Islands, Guam, Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, and special circumstances as determined by the Judiciary. An indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity type of contract, with a base year and four option years (for equipment), extended to nine option years (for maintenance)is anticipated as a result of this acquisition.
