E-MAIL: None, None. The National Institute of Environmental Health
Sciences intends to negotiate with Analytical Sciences, Inc. of Durham,
NC on a sole source basis to expand the computational efforts described
under paragraph h. of the Statement of Work of existing contract
N01-ES-65401. Specifically, the expanded effort will consist of
producing data sets and documentation on analyses already underway or
anticipated in the near future, for example, analysis of serum
organochlorine levels in relation to childhood outcomes using the
Collaborative Perinatal Project Data Set, analysis of serum
organochlorine levels in relation to risk of breast cancer, analysis of
phenolphtalein-continuing laxative use in relation to risk of ovarian
cancer, analysis of factors associated with elevated levels of follicle
stimulating hormone and luteinizing hormone in premenopausal women
using NHANES III data, and analysis of tubal ligation in relation to
menstrual cycle patterns in a cross-sectional study of 300
premenopausal women aged 38 to 49. Authority: 41 U.S.C. 253(c)(1) as
set forth in FAR 6.302-1 and HHSAR 306.302-1. Inherent duplication of
