REQUIREMENTS: (1) Technical Description: The Sensors Directorate
intends to award one Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ)
contract to develop Radio Frequency (RF) technology domains for the RF
Technology Division (AFRL/SNR). The purpose of this effort is to
develop, test, simulate and analyze antenna, receiver and signal
processing concepts. The research also includes definition of signal
sets and requirements to meet certain performance goals. Hardware and
software developed by other agencies may be tested and evaluated under
this effort. Applications will involve integration of developmental
hardware and software on various aircraft and spacecraft. Other duties
will require the operation of Air Force laboratory test facilities and
field testing. (2) Five problem statements have been identified as
candidate delivery orders for the Aperture and Receivers Development
Lab: 01 Receivers, 02 Aperture Development, 03 Signal Processing, 04
Electronic Countermeasures, 05 Network, Computer and Equipment
Maintenance. Only offerors who submit proposals for all five candidate
delivery orders will be eligible, should the Air Force make only one
award. The initial increment of funding will comprise the minimum
amount for this PRDA. The Air Force reserves the right to award the
other candidate delivery orders, either by adding to the single
delivery order contract or by issuing separate contracts, should
additional funds become available. The problem statement for each
candidate delivery order is included in the Supplemental Package for
this PRDA. Interested offerors may view and/or download the full PRDA
