The contractor shall demonstrate a succesful history of servicing industrial hygiene,safety, and environmental needs, and knowledge of technical and operational requirements of industrial hygiene, safety, and environmental programs. The contractor shall provide proof of quality, and responsive industrial hygiene, safety, and industrial support for agencies/organizations services. The contractor shall provide experienced professional industrial hygiene, safety, and environmental personnel under the direct supervision of a Certified Industrial Hygienist (Certified by the American Board of Industrial Hygiene) to survey activities in DOD controlled, delegated, or supported buildings for identification, evaluation, and control of industrial hygiene, safety, and environmental issues. Contractor personnel should be knowledgeable of and conversant with regulations, procedures, and standards specified by Occupational Safety and Health Administration, Virginia Department of Environmental Quality (VDEQ),the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA, the National Institute for Safety and Health (NIOSH), the American Conference of Government Industrial Hygienist (ACGIH), American Society of Heating Refrigeration and Health Engineers (ASHRAE)and the Food and Drug Administration.
