Contractor will provide training to personnel offices in the U.S. and overseas. Commercial Service International Trade Specialists must be fluent in the skills and competencies required to provide U.S. businesses the highest standards of trade counseling and promotion in both domestic and international settings. Interested contractors must have experience in international trade to be considered for award under the proposed contract. Contractor will develop and implement an approved project plan that includes three broad areas of responsibility along with related tasks: 1) produce course curricula for five CSIU courses using "Word" software; 2) design, conduct, and evaluate a pilot to test the effectiveness of the five courses; and 3) produce a three-hour course on CD-ROM using Interactive CBT. Five courses will be in change management, team training, orientation, core competencies of the Commercial Servie, and cultural aspects of exporting. This is a simplified acquisition.
