The Fleet Industrial Supply Center Norfolk Detachment Washington has a Combined Synopsis requirement for Postal Operations Division to install a outside diversion deck on the southwest side of Bldg #94. Next to the pavillion which is already installed on that side. To be used by employees who don't smoke within the bldg. Construct non-smoking location, 20' x 25' and connecting stairs. Excavate for 6 each concrete piers, 30" below finished grade. Form, place and finish concrete to include rebar and anchor bolts. Fabrication and installation of column and bear substructure. Construct of treated lumber 20 x 25 deck complete with handrail stairs. Crane to set steel. Place of performance is Washington, DC. ONLY CONCERNS CAPABLE OF BUILDING THIS STRUCTURE SHOULD RESPOND. This requirement is 100% set-aside for Small Business. The SIC Code is 1542 with a corresponding size standard of 1.5 million.
