This is an Electronic Bid Solicitation. The work includes the furnishing of all labor, material and equipment required to provide new air cooled chiller with all associated piping, control, and electrical in Building 406. Installation of the new chiller and piping will require trenching and backfill of the site for installation of the chilled water piping, providing a concrete pad and related site work for the new chiller and miscellaneous cutting and patching of the slab, wall and partitions and incidental related work. The contract duration is approximately 150 days and the estimated cost range of this project is between $100,000 and $250, 000. The proposed procurement shall be issued for a Firm Fixed-Price Construction Contract. This procurement is unrestricted and all qualified, responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by this agency. The Government intends to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose proposal represent the best value after evaluation in accordance with the factors in the solicitation. The evaluation factors are as follows: (1) Past Performance; (2) Price. All potential offerors are reminded, in accordance with DFARS 252.204-7004, REQUIRED CENTRAL CONTRACTOR REGISTRATION (MAR 1998), lack of registration in the CCR database will make an offeror ineligible for award.
