The work includes, but is not limited to, (1) Remove all fans, air handling units, related piping, ductwork, diffusers and controls. (2) Remove chilled water risers in chase. (3) Remove existing duct temperature sensor/transmitters and replace with new sensor/transmitter. (4) Provide conduit and wiring. Solicitation DAMD17-99-B-0059 will be issued on or about 16 August 1999 and open on or about 15 September 1999. All Federal Contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). The Standard Industrial Code for this requirement is 1731 with the size standard of $7.0M in average annual receipts. Completion time is estimated 360 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed.
