The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) Program Executive Officer, Cruise Missiles Project and Unmanned Aerials Joint Project is amending previously issued synopsis, submission # 353013, to electronically release a solicitation, under full and open competition, for The System for Naval Target Control (SNTC), previously announced on 12 July 1999. This synopsis is amended to correct the RFP number from N00019-99-P1-PW030 to N00019-99-R-1632; to change this acquisition to a commercial purchase, under FAR Part 12. The anticipated contract type is changed to an IDIQ with FFP provisions. The requirement is added for oral proposal presentations for technical requirements. The location for oral technical presentation will be announced at a later date. There are no other changes to the synopsis at this time. This amendment does not represent a contract, a promise to contract, or a commitment of any kind.
