The Internal Revenue Service intends to issue a purchase order to provide IBM 3490E Compatible Tape Cartridges. Quantity: 15,000. Cartridges shall not be labeled, externally or internally; cartridge cases shall be two toned in color; cartridges shall be silk screened with address to be incorporaed; tape length for each cartridge is 1100 ft.
