The work will focus on giant reed (Phragmites australus) but may include any exotic pest plant species, which threatens native habitats. All of the work will be performed in Maryland and Virginia. The contractor shall have an agricultural qualified applicator's license and a pest control advisor's license prior to award and available during responsible evaluation. Any of the contractor's employees who apply pesticides shall be licensed to do so. The acquisition method is an Indefinite Quantity contract, acquired by using sealed bid procedures.
