(ETG) in Baltimore, MD, on a non-competitive basis (per FAR 6.302-1) for a new time-and-materials contract to obtain on-call maintenance support for the biological detectors that were developed and produced by ETG and integrated into the fielded Pre-Planned Product Improvement Biological Integrated Detection Systems.
