Andrews AFB is seeking proposals from small businesses to provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, management and supervision necessary to provide maintenance and repairs on 2061 military family housing units at Andrews AFB and Brandywine MD. Services include but are not limited to housing units equipment maintenance and repair, appliance replacement and repair, playground equipment maintenance and repair, performance of service call work, change of occupancy maintenance, preventive maintenance and inspections, entomology and pest control services, interior and exterior painting, floor covering and hardwood floor refinishing, HVAC services and other related interior and exterior services. The proposed procurement shall result in a firm fixed-price requirements contract with an award fee. The contract term will be one base year and (4) one-year option periods. This acquisition is 100% set aside for Small Business Concerns. The Standard Industrial Classification Code (SIC) is 8744. The Small Business Standard is a concern including its affiliates having an average amount of sales or receipts for the previous years not in excess of $20,000,000.00. Selection will be base on past performance, price and technical considerations in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations 15.1. All firms planning on submitting a proposal MUST ATTEND THE SITE VISIT. All potential offerors are reminded to register in the Central Contractor Registration Database (CCR) in accordance with DFARS 252.204-7004, REQUIRED CENTRAL CONTRACTOR REGISTRATION (MAR 1998), lack or registration in the CCR database will make an offeror ineligible for award.
