The FISC Norfolk Detachment Philadelphia intends to acquire through full and open competition non-personal Contractor Field Services (CFS) for the Naval Air Technical Data and Engineering Service Command by qualified personnel. The proposed procurement consists of one (1) task: 30732. Task 30732 supports the H-60, F-14, S-3 and F-18 aircraft in a Hybrid Test Set billet in the Commom Automatic Test Equipment program. The basic contract period is 1 October 1999 through 30 September 2000. The tasks will also contain two (2) twelve month option periods. The period of performance, inclusive of options, will total 36 man months. This contract covers the Government's minimum needs.
