The Center for Mental Health Services/SAMHSA through the Program Support Center, General Acquisition Branch, has a requirement to convene a two-day meeting on older adults with mental health needs. Approximately 60 people shall attend with approximately 35 whose travel expenses shall be paid by the contractor. The Contractor shall coordinate conference participation, logistical arrangements,and identify at least 33 potential participants and speakers/presenters to attend this meeting. The meeting shall be in a Motel/Hotel in the Washington, D.C. metro area, and take place on a Saturday and Sunday. The Contractor shall reimburse participants for expenses and provide a report that addresses the issues discussed at the meeting and make recommendations to enhance the quality of life for older mental health consumers. The period of performance shall be six months from the start date of the purchase order. This acquisition shall be made utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures and is 100% set-aside for small business. All requests for the RFQ must be in writing, Attn: Larry Pope.
