This sole source award to Access Technologies Inc., was accomplished in accordance with 13.106-1(b)(1). Option 2 performance period is from 1 October 1999 through 30 September 2000. The non-personal services require the contractor to provide the following: Line Item 0003, Provide all labor, tools, materials and transportation necessary to maintain the Paradox portion of the TRICARE Duplicate Claims Systems (DCS) software. Maintenance activities are estimated at 8 hours per month. FAR 52.217-9, Option to Extend the Term of the Contract, applies.
