This is a Combination Firm Fixed-Price/Indefinite Quantity contract. The work includes the furnishing of all materials, labor, equipment, transportation, management, supervision, and incidental related work as required to obtain maintenance services for the High Voltage Distribution System at the Marine Corps Air Ground Combat Center, Twentynine Palms, CA, in accordance with all Federal applicable Federal, State, Environmental, and local laws, regulations, and ordinances. NOTE REQUIRED RESPONSE TIME: UNPLANNED EMERGENCY SERVICE CALLS MAY BE TRANSMITTED TO THE CONTRACTOR AT ANY TIME 24 HOURS PER DAY, MONDAY THROUGH SUNDAY, 365/366 DAYS PER YEAR. CONTRACTOR'S PERSONNEL SHALL BE AT THE JOB SITE WITHIN 2 HOURS FROM RECEIPT OF THE SERVICE CALL, WITH THE NECESSARY TOOLS AND EQUIPMENT READY TO PERFORM CORRECTIVE MAINTENANCE. A Quality Control Program will be required as set forth in Section E of the Contract Specifications.
