Department of Agriculture, Animal and Plant Health Inspectin Service,
International Services, requires aircraft services to support the
Medfly Program in Mexico and Central America. The base of operations
will be the International Airport at Tapachula, Chiapas, Mexico. The
requirement will be for three aircraft and pilots, to release flies
over established grid patterns with a lane separation of 0.3 miles.
Special purpose modifications will be required for installation of the
refrigerated insect release machine and related equipment. For a copy

Telephone requests will not be accepted. All responsible sources may
submit an offer which will be considered, however, contractors with
experience in similar operations will be considered more highly
