Only the USPS pre-qualified design/build contractors may submit a proposal for a new 36,500 sf Main Office, with 9000 sf of covered carrier parking, on a 6.12 acre USPS owned site located in Carson City NV 89701-9998. The successful design/build team will be given 400 days to complete the design & construction of this facility consisting of but not limited to: earthwork, sit utilities and improvements, paving, landscaping & irrigation, concrete foundations, steel structure, roofing system, exterior finish systems, miscellaneous interior finishes, signage, security systems, and M, P, & E for a complete and ready to use facility. The estimated cost range is $4,250,000 to $4,750,000. The performance period is 400 calendar days from date of issuance of Notice-to-Proceed.
