Herchak, Contracting Officer The USDA, Agricultural Research Service (ARS), requires that all labor, supervision, tools, and materials necessary be provided to site adapt and furnish and install a prefabricated building and pole barn at our Presque Isle, ME work site. Work includes removal of an existing foundation, regrading, paving, underground piping, installing an on-site sewerage disposal system, extending power distribution, furnishing and erecting the buildings, furnishing and installing a heating system, associated mechanical and electrical work to create a new work space and storage facility. The estimated cost of construction is between $250,000 and $500,000. This project must be completed within 180 days after receipt of notice to proceed. Solicitation 32-3615-99 contains further information, the specifications and drawings, and will be available on or about August 16, 1999.
