The contract shall include a Base Bid -- Construct a Greenhouse/Headhouse Facility; Option 1 -- Furnish and install rolling type benches; Option 2 -- Furnish and install electrical installation for HID lighting circuits; Option 3 -- Furnish and install automatic shading system; and Option 4 Furnish and install a Root Zone heating system. The options may be exercised within 90 days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed at the discretion of the Government in accordance with FAR clause 52.217-7.
