The bldgs are two stories plus basement, wood structure with exterior porches. The construction includes interior demolition and construction for lobby and vending space, public restrooms, laundry, linen/supply storage, replacement of HVAC system, replacement of the plumbing and sanitary waste system, new fire detection and alarm. The supporting facilities include paving, walks, curbs and gutters, parking, storm drainage, and site improvements. The approximate square footage is 27,000 sq. ft. Estimated cost range of this project is $1,000,000.00 to $5,000,000.00. Network Analysis will be required.
