This project involves the replacement and modernization of the vehicle ventilation system and installation of a new dry pipe fire sprinkler system. Work includes, but is not limited to, selective demolition, construction of fans, ducting and associated equipment for the vehicle ventilation exhaust system. It also includes installation of a new fire sprinkler system (including compressor, piping, and underground service line to the nearest water main), and some outsie electrical work to upgrade power service from 1 phase to 3 phase, and installation of a structural concrete pad. Performance period for resultant construction contract awarded as a result of this solicitation will be 150 calendar days. Magnitude of this project is between $300,000.00 and $500,000.00. This solicitation is a Request for Proposal-Price Performance Trade-Off (PPT). When solicitation package is downloaded, it should be read completely as there are milestones that must be met to be considered responsive.
