87 -- FETAL BOVINE SERA SOL 56-M-APHIS-99 DUE 091699 POC Patricia Harris @ 612/370-2128 87 -- The USDA, Animal and Plant Health Inspections Service (APHIS), National Veterinary Services Laboratory, (NVSL), Center for Veterinary Biologics Laboratory in Ames, Iowa, intends to acquire an estimated 300 Liters of Fetal Bovine Sera to be used for cell culture. Serum samples representative of each lot shall be delivered by the Contractor to the Government in accordance with specified quantities. Upon completion of the Government testing, the Contractor will be notified of approval for delivery or rejection of the lots sampled. This procurement is set aside 100% for a small business. Contract period is for 1 year with the option to purchase an additional 50 Liters. This is an definite quantity, definite delivery contract. Solicitation to be released on or about August 16, 1999.
