DESCRIPTION: Fabricate and deliver link bars, bar strips, replaceable tracks and miscellaneous cap screws and washers for the Submerged Traveling Screens (STS's) at Lower Monumental and Ice Harbor Dams. Link bars shall be coated and fabricated from mild steel. Approximate dimensions for each link bar are 1" thick x 3.75" wide x 7.5' long. Quantity of link bars required: 2,460 ea. Bar strips shall be of a synthetic material, and each shall have approximate dimensions of 1" thick x 1" wide x 7.5' long. Quantity of bar strips required: 2,460 ea. Replaceable tracks shall be machined from UHMW-PE material. Approximate dimensions for each replaceable track are 0.75" thick x 2" wide x 6.5' long. Quantity of replaceable tracks required: 912 ea. Miscellaneous cap screws and washers range from stainless steel screws to plastic fasteners and washers. Approximate quantity of miscellaneous fasteners and washers is 50,000.
