D -- HARDWARE MAINTENANCE SERVICES SOL TBD POC Contact Patti Carter, (202) 692-0112, Contract Specialist D-USDA, Rural Development intends to competitively acquire hardware maintenance and support services nationwide for office automation equipment at approximately 943 offices in the U.S., Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, and the Pacific Trust Territories. Service will cover a range of hardware including, but not limited to, 3B2 Multi-User Computers, Modems, Facsimile Machines, Servers, Desktop and Portable Computers, legacy LAN/WAN Components, Printers and Scanners, Tape Drives. The contract will be for five years (base year and four option years). Rapid response times and adequate spares/replacement inventory are critical to this requirement.
