This requirement was originally released under CBD/net submission number 287322 dated 12 JAN 1999 seeking sources. RFQ M67854-99-Q-0043 was released, and was cancelled on 28 July 1999 due to a change in the governments requirement. This new solicitation M67854-99-Q-4160 is being released to replace the cancelled solicitation. Quotes are to be received no later than close of business on 12 Aug 1999.
