D -- TELECOMMUNICATIONS CONSULTANT SUPPORT SOL RFP-FMS-2848 DUE 081699 POC Mary Lanier (202)874-7275-FAX The U.S. Department of the Treasury, Financial Management Service (FMS), is seeking sources to provide telecommunications consultant support associated with the expansion of the Treasury Offset Program (TOP) at the Birmingham Debt Management Operations Center (BDMOC). The selected contractor shall provide their expert understanding of telecommunications and call center technology, including computer telephony integration (CTI) and interactive voice response (IVR) to perform consulting, support, project management and training before, during, and after the upgrade of the telephone system at the BDMOC. This simplified acquisition labor hour requirement is set aside for small business concerns. The period of performance for any resultant order from this announcement shall begin at order award and continue up until January 15, 2000. Proposals will be evaluated based on technical acceptability offering the best value to the government.
