Provide all labor, tools, materials, and equipment and perform all work to repair cathodic protection and re-coat JP8 fuel tanks and piping as necessary. Will be required to remove fuel and transport to an alternate site on post, repair to tanks and piping, and re-coating with approved material, excavate and repair or replace anodes. Hand excavation around manholes, anodes and piping may be required.. Bidders are encouraged to visit the site. The magnitude of the project is between $25,000 and $100,000. The SIC is 7699 and size standard is $5.0 million. Performance time will be 45 days.. Requests for the RFQ must be in writing and accompanied by a non-refundable certified check, cashiers check or money order payable to the U.S. Treasury in the amount of $8.00 per RFQ package.
