The 45th Space Wing is conducting market research seeking 51% Tribally-Owned Native American 8(a) firms capable of providing a USAF Logistics Operations Support (LOGOPS) system for Patrick AFB, Cape Canaveral Air Station, Antigua Air Station, Ascension Air Station and other mainland customers. This includes supplies, equipment, munitions, Base Transportation, Combat Oriented Supply Operations, Civil Engineering Material Acquisition, POL product in support of authorized customers through the systems and processes of the Standard Base Supply System (SBSS), the Base Fuels Management Office (BFMO), and the Munitions Accountable Supply Office (MASO). In performing the basic functions of a base supply activity, the contractor shall determine requirements, requisition, receive, store, distribute and issue, make shipments, account, research, and maintain records, and provide customer service and training. The contractor shall also operate the supply portion of the Hazardous Material Pharmacy (HMP) for 45SW andtenant organizations and provide material control services in support of the range technical service (RTS) contractor. In addition, the contractor shall provide required contingency and off-line support capability, administration and management, quality control, training, housekeeping, grounds maintenance and minor maintenance of facilities. Establish and operate an SBSS category III organization which shall perform all base-level supply functions and tasks required by AFMAN 23-110 and related compliance documents, as amended from time to time and as supplemented by Air Force Space Command and the 45th Space Wing, with the exception of stock fund management, and accountable officer support which will be performed by the government. Contractors shall furnish all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary to provide for complete management and operation of the LOGOPS. The anticipated SIC code is 8744 and the Small Business size standard is $20M.
