The Navy requires systems engineering services. These services will support the NAVSURFWARCENDIV Crane Division in the upgrade and development of AN/SLQ-32 System software. Tasks shall include engineering analysis, software/firmware development, and documentation for the AN/SLQ-32 systems in the following areas: software/firmware support, existing system modification requirements, upgraded/enhanced systems requirements, and testing support. The applicable Standard Industrial Classification is 8711 and the size standard is annual revenues of $2.5M. The basic contract will be for two years and there will also be three one-year option periods. The Government will make available assorted Government Furnished Property as required for the performance of this effort. A Secret Security Clearance is required. This procurement will be a sole source acquisition to Comptek Federal Systems Inc., Buffalo, NY.
