Non-personal services: Furnish all labor, tools, equipment and supplies to trim trees in the family housing areas of Fort Sill, OK. Approximately 3,616 trees shall be trimmed under this contract. Work shall be accomplished between the hours of 7:00 a.m. through 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Trees may be located in fenced yards and have limbs that hang over roofs. All brush, tree branches, dead wood, twigs, bark segment and leafy materials removed during trimming operations shall be cleaned up at the completion of each work day. Limbs approximately 4 inches or less in diameter shall be chipped. Disposal of chips and other debris may take place on Fort Sill, OK. Contractor shall repair all damage to lawns/turf caused by their trimming operations. Contract period is 15 September 1999, or date of contract award, whichever is later, through 30 March 2000. A firm-fixed price contract is contemplated. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. The estimated issue date for this project is 13 Aug 99.
