Each bidder shall include as part of his bid a list of two and no more than two successful projects completed within the past five years which are similar in scope to the type and use of the building listed in the solicitation. The list shall include a contact and telephone number. B. The contractor shall furnish all supplies, materials and equipment necessary for the performance of the work required by this contract, unless otherwise specified. Any replacement part used during the course of the contract must be the identical make and model of the part being replaced. If the identical replacement part is no longer available, a comparable replacement part may be used if approved by the C.O.R. This approval must be received prior to installation. C. The contractor shall maintain a stock of expendable supply items such as grease, fan belts, filters, etc., at thebuilding where the contract work is being performed. D. The contractor shall supply lighting system components including fluorescent lamps, ballasts and incandescent and special lamps. Energy saving core coil Non-Electronic replacement ballasts compatible with standard or 34 Watt Energy Saving Fluorescent tubes shall be used. E. The contractor shall supply wet/dry vacs to be used by his employees to clean up spills and debris resulting from the performance of this contract.} All other terms and conditions of the solicitation remain the same.
