Contractor shall furnish all plant, labor, materials, supplies and supervision necessary to complete JFSD 980025, Repair Base Built-up Roofs at Grand Forks AFB, ND in strict accordance with the Technical Provisions and drawings for this project. Principal features include maintenance, repair, and replacement to various base built-up roofs, roof testing, asbestos abatement, and related roofing work. The resultant contract will be a requirement contract with delivery orders/calls being issued as needs and funding becomes available. The duration of the contract will be 365 days from date of Award. The magnitude of this project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. This action is being issued unrestricted. All contractors MUST be registered in the Central Contractor Registration database or their proposal will not be considered.
