The government intends to solicit, negotiate and award on a sole basis with Unholtz-Dickie Corp., West Coast Office, 1874 S. Pacific Coast HWY 700, Redondo Beach, CA 90277. The government is unable to the specifications necessary to support a competitive procurement as they are proprietary to Unholtz-Dickie. The acquisition will be made in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13, Acquisition of Commercial Items and Simplified Acquisition Procedures, respectively.
