This solicitation is for the procurement of: three (3) Air Cooled Liquid Chillers (159 tons cooling load each), three (3) Air Cooled Condensers (103 tons total heat rejection each), three (3) Air Cooled Condensers (104 tons total heat rejection each), one (1) Air Handling Unit (88,800 BTU/HR) and one (1) DDC Controller (to include water balancing). Liquid coolers shall have seamless copper tubes. Items will be exposed to a marine environment. Size condensers for full capacity at 30 degrees Fahrenheit temperature difference between entering outside air and condensing refrigerant. Entering dry-bulb, outside design air temperature shall be based on 95 degrees Fahrenheit.
