Design, fabricate, and deliver to the designated site ready for installation, one shop-assembled steel bridge superstructure, designed for HS20-44 Loading, complete with traffic railing and edge dams. The superstructure shall be 60 feet long by 16 feet wide. The length of the superstructure shall be measured out-to-out and the width shall be the clear distance between the traffic railings. The superstructure shall be fabricated either in one piece or in two pieces with a longitudinal joint along the centerline. The Contractor shall deliver the superstructure to the project site (SW, SW of Section 15, T. 5 N., R.38 E., Boise Meridian) located in Madison County, Idaho, approximately 3 miles north of Menan, Idaho. Performance Period is 90 days.
