This acquisition will be for a five year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) contract. The acquisition range quantity for Year 1 through 5 will be 01-15, 16-30, 31-45, and 46-60. The minimum quantity guaranteed under the contract is 1 each and the maximum quantity that may be ordered over the five- year life of the contract is 200 each. Delivery will be 10each 30 days after initial order and 10each thirty days thereafter until deliveries are complete. Direct vendor delivery is acceptable. Accelerated delivery at no additional charge to the Government is acceptable and encouraged. Repair services range quantity for Year 1 through 5 will be 01-8, 9-16, and 17-25. The maximum repair quantity over the five-year life of the contract is 75 each. Repair units must be repaired and delivered within 30 days after receipt of materiel. Pricing shall be provided for a minor repair (cost not to exceed 35% of the most recent cost for the item) and a major repair (effort that does not exceed 70% of the most current cost). After completion of overhaul and repair task, all units shall be shipped to Defense Distribution Region East, New Cumberland Army Depot, New Cumberland, PA 17070-5001, MARK FOR: B16 Account. Solicitation requirements and incorporated provisions are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 97-01, 02, and 03. Offerors are requested to provide quotes for Contract Line Items 0001AA, (5-year range quantity for 5841-01-459-9517), 0002AA (5 year -- individual year breakout for each item tested and inspected regardless of whether the item is repaired, 0003AA (5-year range quantity for minor and major repair, and 0004AA (Not Separately Priced -- Government Equipment Repair Status Report IAW DI-ILSS-80620). This acquisition is a sole source negotiation with BF Goodrich Avionics Systems due to technical data and Depot Maintenance Work Requirements (DMWRs) not being available for acquisition or overhaul and repair from the Army.
